Join them for a pop-up full-day workshop comprised of two packed movement sessions.

Subjects touched upon:

Groundwork: When learning HOW to move on the ground, most focus on the WHAT and not on that actual HOW. Our approach will be different: HOW we touch the ground, HOW to shift weight, HOW to work the head/pelvis/spine relationship, HOW to locomote ourselves down there.Tasks, games, exploratory blobs with essential BUILDING BLOCKS of groundwork vs just chopping up sequences and teaching someone else's motions.

Partnering and Tactical Work: Tactical work and various forays into fighting scenarios, games, and strategic tasks provide us with an unmatched opportunity to examine our functionality in complex, ever-changing scenarios, where many layers of practice, work, and study culminate into an act of moving, resolving, and adapting.

Somatic and Internal Practice: Ultimately, INNER ORDER and OUTER ORDER are tightly connected, and hence, the internal experience/observation is of utmost importance for us, especially in time where the arrow of our attention is attracted outwards so much. Without deeper exploration - MEANING and the 'WHY' we do things will ultimately reach a dead end.
