Mobility is an attribute of the body that supports movement. It allows you to move with control and solve physical challenges efficiently, without unnecessary limitations. The more range of motion you can actively control, the more capable your body becomes—whether in sports, training, or daily life.

In this specialized mobility class, we will cover key principles to help you build a more capable body and approach your training in a smart, sustainable way:

  • The difference between flexibility and mobility, and why it matters.

  • How to safely develop ranges of motion.

  • How to approach mobility training so it becomes usable in real, complex movement scenarios.

The class will consist of three parts, each focused on a different area of the body:

  1. Upper body

  2. Lower body

  3. Spine

In each part, you’ll learn a few highly effective exercises aimed at improving mobility. You’ll also gain practical tools to incorporate these into your practice, along with strategies to structure your training.

This class is led by Anna, founder of The Bamboo Body. With over 10 years of experience as a student of Ido Portal, Anna has not only studied but actively applied mobility development in her own training and teaching. From unlocking her own movement potential to coaching others, her approach is practical, grounded, and results-driven.
