"We invite you to participate in our Movement class open to the general public on February 17th in the city of Valencia. In this event, we will delve into some theoretical and practical concepts of Movement led by the teachers from The Bamboo Body school. In this class, you will have the opportunity to experience what it entails to have a Movement Practice and learn useful tools for the development of your own practice. We will work on universal concepts of human movement that can be applied in any physical realm.

The class will be taught by Anna and Daniel, the founders of The Bamboo Body Barcelona. Both have studied under the guidance of Ido Portal for a long time and strive to convey his message and teaching style in the best possible way.

When? On February 17th from 10 am to 1 pm.

Where? At the Rio de Valencia Park.

How much? The cost of the class is 80 euros, or 50 euros for The Bamboo Body students.
